Guidelines for Oral Presentation in CASH- 2023:

Consider the sequence and relevancy of slides. The current slide should build a path to next slide. Use graphs and charts to illustrate your prominent points. Those will help the audience to clearly understand the content.

Oral Presentation:

Oral presenters will be allocated 7 minutes for their presentation and 3 minutes for questions and answers with the audience. If the presentation exceeds 7 minutes, the chair will shorten the Q&A period that follows the presentation.

 The presentation should be made with the optimum number of slides as per the guideline of the conference and it will be completed within 7 minutes. The content slides should give an overview of the research with conclusions and future research direction.

Please note that QR codes, bar codes, contact numbers are not permitted on slides for oral presentations.

CASH 2023 will support only MS PowerPoint. Please ensure that all presentations are in this given format. High definition Zoom screen sharing option will be used for all CASH 2023 sessions with cloud recording technology. Please apply widescreen formatting when preparing your PPT slides (aspect ratio 16:9; resolution 1920 x 1080).

Slide Submission:

Speakers (Oral or Poster) must submit their PPT by email into conference@eudoxiainternational.com on or before 26^th June 2023 (8 P.M. as per Indian standard time).

Guideline for Oral Presentation:

There will be maximum 3 slides in the Oral Presentation of the presenter.

^4th-5^th slide: Result & Discussion, Graphical analysis, Data Presentation & Conclusion

Best Paper Award

The organizing committee of CASH-2023 will select the Best Paper Award.

Review and Acceptance Process:

The ‘Acceptance Letter’ for this International Conference CASH-2023 will be provided on the basis of the review of the submitted ‘Abstract’ only. The review of the submitted abstract will take around 3 days.

Guidelines for Attending the International Conference CASH- 2023

1. The International Conference CASH 2023 creates an atmosphere for possible research opportunities in multidisciplinary research.
2. This World Summit will be conducted in an online platform by using ZOOM
3. All the registered participants are requested to download the Zoom App from Google Play Store (for Mobile Phone User) and if the applicant attends the online meeting by using Computer/ Laptop then visit zoom.us
4. To join the session of CASH- 2023, all the participants should go for the option “JOIN A MEETING” and login into ZOOM by using e-mail ID/Google Account. Thereafter, use the meeting ID and password or they can directly click the meeting link provided by us.
5. For two days, there will be one Unique ID and Password. All the registered participants will receive the Meeting ID and Password before one day of starting each day session by e-mail and Whatsapp messages to their registered e-mail and contact number. Therefore all the participants will receive the Zoom ID and Password by e-mail and Whatsapp before one day and they can enter into the Zoom Meeting at 9.45 am, the session will be started at 10.00 am, as per Indian Standard Time
6. Only registered applicants are allowed to join the CASH-2023.
7. Every registered participant should submit the Affiliation details into our certificate branch e-mail: vperu@eudoxiainternational.com  and they will their e-certificate by e-mail.
8. No registered participant can distribute their personal ID and password to non-registered person, and it will come under the copyright of Eudoxia. Legal action will be initiated for any type of criminal activity.
9. One person from one device (Computer/Laptop) can attend this Online International Conference. Therefore, all the registered participants should make video on mode in their respective device. The registration ID of this event is for single use only.
